The famous Hawaii bounty hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman will be on hand to celebrate the grand opening of a new logo merchandise shop that he is opening in Hawaii. Dog himself will make a public appearance and be available for an autograph session, his publicist announced Wednesday.
Da Kine Dog House will celebrate its grand opening at Koko Marina Center, and will replace a similar retail storefront near downtown Honolulu. The new store will sell a variety of official “Dog the Bounty Hunter” items, including clothing, books, DVDs, bags, keychains and more.
The new location was chosen due to its proximity to Chapman’s residence in Hawaii Kai, the availability of free parking for customers and convenient access to public transportation for visitors to Oahu.
As stated above, Dog Chapman himself will be at the new store from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, along with other family members from the hit cable television series. According to his publicist, only items purchased from the store will be signed; a sale rack of items discounted up to 30 percent off will be available.
