We recently received an email from the Weather Channel asking us to do a story on the new Weather Channel show titled “From the Edge” with Peter Lik. Beyond Honolulu jumped at the chance to get involved, not only because The Weather Channel is a huge company, but because the premiere episode of “from the Edge” was shot right here in beautiful Hawaii.Beyond Honolulu decided to get on board because we think that the debut of a major cable channel show that was filmed in Hawaii is a pretty cool thing to get on board with. The show will air on the Weather Channel every Thursday at 8PM ET/7PM CT. Because the inaugural show was filmed in Hawaii, we wanted to make sure that all of our readers got a chance to see it, as well as a chance to win some cool prizes.From the Edge is also running a big contest on their Facebook page. You can go to their Facebook page and sign up for free. You then submit your own photos of Hawaii, with the most breathtaking and beautiful photos being chosen.
