The Honolulu Marathon is traditionally one of the biggest marathons in the world. The event generally brings tens of thousands of participants, and sets the stage for an amazing event that is focused on nationally by some of the very best long-distance runners in the world. Now the 2011 version of the Honolulu Marathon is almost here.
For those of you interested in signing up for the 2011 Honolulu Marathon, all the relevant information is below. You don’t have to be a world-renowned long-distance runner to sign up and participate, all you have to be is someone who wants to experience an amazing event and say that you were able to finish a marathon within your lifetime.
The event is just around the corner, so check out the info below and make all necessary arrangements to be a part of one of the biggest marathon events in the world, the Honolulu Marathon.

No entries mailed or faxed after Friday, November 4th will be accepted; late entries must be hand delivered to Late Registration.
ENTRY LIMIT: The Honolulu Marathon does not limit the number of entrants.
MANDATORY RACE PACKET PICKUP: Each entrant is responsible for picking up his or her race packet. No one will be allowed to pick up a race number for a friend or family member. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Race Packets containing Race Number and Timing Chip will be available for pick up at the Honolulu Marathon Expo, to be held at the Hawaii Convention Center, located at 1801 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki near the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Mandatory Race Packet Pick Up and Late Entry Registration Days and Hours: Wednesday, December 7 – 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 8 – 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 9 – 9AM-7PM and Saturday, December 10 – 9AM-5PM.
To facilitate pickup, please bring your confirmation card.
IMPORTANT: Race Packets will not be issued on Race Day.

FREE HONOLULU MARATHON EXPO: The 2011 Honolulu Marathon Expo will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center, located at 1801 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki near the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The exposition will be open Wednesday, December 7 – 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 8 – 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 9 – 9AM-7PM and Saturday, December 10 – 9AM-5PM.
EXPO COURTESY SHUTTLE : Free shuttle to the Honolulu Marathon Expo at the Hawaii Convention Center, Wednesday, December 7 – 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 8 – 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 9 – 9AM-7PM; Saturday, December 10 – 9AM-5PM. Stops include: Duke Kahanamoku Statue (Kalakaua Ave.), DFS (Royal Hawaiian Ave.), Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel (Kalia Rd. heading towards Waikiki) and The Honolulu Marathon Expo at the Hawaii Convention Center. (Subject to change.)
ENTRY CONFIRMATION: Entries to the Honolulu Marathon can be confirmed online. During Race Week, entry information can be verified in person at Packet Pickup. Confirmation cards and final instructions for entries received before November 4 will be mailed to entrants in late November.
Entries received after November 4 will be accepted but will not be sent a confirmation card. Check entry confirmation online or go to packet pickup for assistance.

Friday, December 9, Waikiki Shell, 4PM All-You-Can-Eat Dinner, 4:30 – 8:30pm Hawaiian Entertainment. Tickets are available for purchase by Race Entrants only.
Ticket Prices and Deadlines: $54 each-Standard Tickets; $135 each–VIP Tickets (VIP tickets include separate VIP entrance, reserved front row table seating, a special VIP menu and wait staff.)
After November 4, tickets are available for purchase at $65 each at the Honolulu Marathon Expo, Hawaii Convention Center, Wednesday, December 7 – 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 8 – 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 9 – 9AM-4PM. Tickets are $75 each at the event gate.
Tickets are limited, so order your tickets while supplies last using the Honolulu Marathon Official Entry Form. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED OR INCLUDED IN RACE PACKETS. Pick up pre-paid tickets at the Honolulu Marathon Expo until Friday, December 9, 4PM.
MARATHON RUNNERS LIVING IN JAPAN:Marathon entry forms for residents of Japan are available ONLY through the Honolulu Marathon Japan Office. Japan residents must enter at the Japan Office by Friday, November 5. To receive the Japan resident entry form, contact:
